       Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

       Perishable items (e.g., opened food jars, sharbat bottles once opened) are not eligible for return.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
